Tao Wellness Center was founded by Medical Directors, Dr. Idalia Talavera and Dr. Isabel Otero. Both are OBGYNs that have been serving the women of Southern Florida for well over a decade. These two physicians were inspired to create Tao Wellness Center by the health care needs they regularly saw and often extended beyond Western Medicine. They believe that good health is a way of life for each individual, a balance of mind and body.

Went there for a deep tissue massage. I did not get a deep tissue one after repeatedly the therapist. It was a very light swedish type of massage with pretty much an all over the body oil...
