Founded in 1938, Molex is a manufacturer and wholesaler of electric equipment and supplies. Based in Pinellas Park, Fla., it offers a range of products, such as connectors, sockets, cable optics, printed circuit, industrial and lighting products. Molex caters to a variety of industries, including the telecom, datacom, computer/peripherals, automotive, premise wiring, industrial, consumer, medical, military, to name a few. Its list of connectors includes wire-to-board, application tooling, power and backplane connectors, solderless terminals, terminal blocks and barrier strips.

In 1962, Alain Cerf, president and founder of Polypack, developed the first automatic dual roll shrink-wrap machine to use polyethylene film. Polypack has evolved from building only a few select models of shrink wrappers to designing and building a complete line of quality packaging equipment. Cerf continues to guide Polypack; his standards in engineering help to further build the company s reputation for innovation in packaging equipment. Every Polypack machine is designed to be fully modular in design. By piecing together the right combination of components, it is able to create a machine tailored to a particular application.
