The Tampa Bay Library Consortium Inc. (TBLC) is a nonprofit multitype library cooperative that supports over 120 libraries, including public, academic, school, and specialized institutions in central Florida. Since its establishment in 1979, TBLC has focused on enhancing library services to better serve the resident communities.
