The Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt is a 12-seat Michelin star fine dining destination within the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort offering modern classic French cuisine with Asian influences from acclaimed Chef Tristian Brandt. The restaurant marks Chef Brandt’s debut in the US. He comes to the Carillon after years of honing his culinary point of view and receiving numerous awards and accolades, including leading multiple Michelin-starred restaurants. In 2013 when he was the head chef at OPUS V the restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars and at the time he was the youngest chef in Germany to lead a two-star kitchen. More recently, in October 2022 his restaurant Epoca by Tristan Brandt in Switzerland was awarded one Michelin star. The menu by Chef Tristan Brandt and Chef de Cuisine Timo Steubing showcases an exquisite balance of French tradition and contemporary innovation.
