Terrible first and only experience at the Bradenton location. Tech failed to reinstall air filter which resulted in a 10 mile return visit for a quick 2 minute fix and then on a much larger scale...

10 minute oil change? maybe wait 10 minutes before they start your oil change. your in for 30 minutes and hope they don't break anything!

Their check list is a joke, they did not put air in my tires or clean my windshield, nor did they top off any of my fluids. But according to their receipt, they said they did.​
