Placed a mobile order and this what we got. 12 chips in a loaded nacho and a Gordita crunch with no Gordita.

We always order online and pick up at drive thru. Lately they haven't been accurate with the orders. 2 weeks in a row we have had to drive back and pick up an item that was missing from the order....

What can one say? It's Taco Bell. Service is good. Food is as expected. It doesn't deserve 1 star so I'll give it 5 stars to offset the nonsense.

Went through the drive through and order 2 pinto and cheese with no red sauce. Got home and they are both 1/2 full of red sauce..... how hard is it to do your job????? Oh by the way Howard said hey.
