Stood in here for ten mins before being acknowledged. Once the other person came out they told me they could not help and I had to call customer care to remove a line. A complete waste of time!!!!!!!

Came in and was summarily ignored for 20 minutes. Gentleman that came in 5 minutes behind and was at least acknowledged. Was trying to buy a watch today cash but I think I will take my chances...
