I found this group of employees amazing. They went beyond the customer care that I was use to with other carriers. I drove to this store to purchase my plan because the employees all were superstars!

Don't ever trade in a phone without gettin in writing what promotion the trade in value was based on. Your "Corporate Team" does NOT work with the T-mobile store when there is a discrepancy...

I just spent over $600.00 and Zac was the only person working there and insisted that I purchase insurance for my phone and he told me I have to get it and that's not true I called the Customer...
