Loved it! Bubble waffles craving at 11 pm and there it was. Fresh made waffle. Crispy and so yummy. I think they make their own ice cream because it was so delicious. The location is interesting....

To be honest we didn't like it. We were excited since the menu sounds amazing. We had bubble teas and they taste worst than homemade bubble tea. The waffles were better. But not so great.
