For your health and safety, do not rent at Surf A1A. First of all, the area is extremely unsafe. Just Google Mayport & Atlantic Beach crime stats. The property itself has zero security....

Roaches from the pipes, gnats from the air vents. No one does anything about it just "that time of year." Everything breaks. Front office has screamed at us, belittled us, and never fixed a thing....
