We waited for 35 minutes, many come in and they accommodated them right away and we were there sitting and nobody say a thing. Horrible! If I can give zero star I will.

Second time I scheduled an appointment to get my son's hair cut. Got there 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, but waited 30+ minutes after my appointment time before I walked out....
