The festival is great and enthusiastic but my compliant is personal. My film was accepted into the festival, I paid to have the file converted for projection and traveled from Virginia to attend....

Bought tickets and could not get in , theater at capacity. Told no recourse and no refund. These people are poorly organized and help was pretty rude. Avoid if possible. Priority given to pass...
