One word sums up our entire experience with you guys, PERFECTION!! From the beginning you were always helpful and courteous. You were always quick to answer my questions and offer suggestions. I was not looking forward to all the stress that comes with orchestrating a wedding but with you there was no stress. You took care of it all and made it so easy. The decorations were beautiful and the photographer did an excellent job. You even helped me suprise my bride by decorating our room with rose pedals. You were very professional but also personal. After a phone conversation with you I was saddened to find out that you didn't cover the area we had chosen. I was so excited about our upcoming wedding with you guys! Your staff ( just from the couple of conversations I have had with you ) are all so sweet, patient, and not hesitant to explain things. Unfortunately we were rerouted to one of your sister companies and the service is inferior to what you provide. They are slow to respond, short, and not friendly at all. Now, rather than being excited about our upcoming ceremony, I am worried about how it is going to turn out and whether or not it is going to be an enjoyable experience. When you are planning from another state, you want the reassurance of someone who is kind, and takes the time to understand what you are looking for. If I had known then, what I know now we would have MOVED OUR WEDDING LOCATION, so that we would be able to work with you!!!: ( I just want to say thank you to all of the staff at Barefoot Weddings.
