I love Sunlight yoga! I have been going here since they opened. They have great power yoga classes but my favorite is the restorative yoga classes. It is perfect for relieving stress.

History
Since January 2015, Sunlight Yoga has been teaching community classes to the resident's of Lake Nona in Crescent Park. Noticing the HIGH demand of want in the area, we opened a space welcome to all, in March 2016.
