Great bank, great rates, great staff. What more can you say. When I joined the staff member was super nice , helped me set up my online account and more. And this was 5 minutes before they closed.

The ATM only dispenses $100 bills and then they won't exchange the bills unless you have an account. I paid $4.50 to use the ATM. Definitely not customer service friendly. Warning about this...

After my initial rating, Suncoast did reach out to me and we were able to go in and establish the account we needed. The gal who took care of us was very nice but unaware of my initial challenges....
