I think Suncoast is better than most credit unions, certainly light years better than my old one, Pentagon Federal Credit Union. Getting a mortgage from Suncoast didn't involve excessive amounts...

Always a line inside. Understaffed. Only 1-2 routine tellers. People on the floor don't help you and instead tell you to go outside.

We had mistakenly been short paying our car loan by a whopping $1.83 per month... Totally our fault. BUT, instead of calling all of our contact numbers or sending us a letter, SSFCU reports this...

I love banking at Suncoast schools credit union! I really like the feature of switching money from one account to another. Not just my own accounts but to and from other members accounts!
