South Pointe Plaza is a 230-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing center located just one block from the ocean amid the many shops and attractions of South Beach. We provide comprehensive rehabilitation programs to help patients regain maximum function after a hospital stay. We also provide long-term care. Rehabilitation programs are designed for patients who have suffered a stroke, a hip or other fracture, or undergone surgery. Our highly-skilled licensed therapists work with our physicians, nurses and social workers to tailor therapy plans to the unique needs of each patient.
