Not kept up very well. Was there during the winter months. Smell from septic system in park caused us to leave earlier than planned. Also, seems there's an alligator that frequents the pond...

Decent place in an out of the way location. Everyone was super friendly and the grounds were nice and clean. Not an "RV Resort" by any means, but a nice place to hang out for a reasonable price....
