My Mother was here for almost five years but in the last year with new ownership they have really taken a downturn. They have no nurse on staff to speak of and there is constant turnover in help....

This facility is has ZERO management. Residents are left in hallways with no help back to rooms and or dinning Room. Patient care has become little to non existent. They no longer supply 24hr...
