Ordered ahead. Sandwich was ready on time and waiting for me at pick up station. Bread was fresh. Sandwich was made as ordered, but a little too much salt/pepper. Still good tho.

Placed an order online ahead of a boat day (where we had to be somewhere at a specific time). The order wasn't even started 30+ mins after the pickup time, despite being placed 2.5 hrs in advance...

Ordered a BMT online with pepper jack cheese and 3 sauces. Received a dry sandwich with one slice of ham, no cheese, no dressing. BMT has 3 meats. Just pure laziness. Waste of money. Do better.
