I ordered on your app to get the Bogo I got confirmation that it was paid for and I got confirmation that it was ready. There was no food when I got there. And I was told to order and pay again....

How do you mess up an order with ingredients on your receipt and on your system, like just follow simple instructions lol ( it's not like there was a rush either ).
