Got here, new employee, knew nothing, wouldn't let us add to our sandwiches, saying it's not possible and didn't know how to make a veggie patty so she said they were out. Disappointing but rare...

This subway is the worst in customer service, and I thought the boot ranch was the worst but this one topped it. The subs weren't cooked and by the time you get home and realize it, it's too late...
