Julia welcomed me into the store even though she was slammed with customers. She was doing a million and 1 things but I never felt dismissed. She made my sandwich perfectly and was very nice....

Food was good but customer service at the cash register was absolutely awful. Very unpleasant experience, it's not hard to be at least somewhat friendly!!!!!!!!!!!

The male employee was very calm and patient with us we were ab 16, and he was very comprehensive. But "Julia" on the other hand was not. She was being a total BITCH and not being comprehensive...

So sorry for the owner working with rude managers. manager doesnt care about online orders going fresh or not. Better go here and see how are they making order by yourself. They hang up telephone...
