Created in 2001, Stress Less Yoga was the inspiration of Deborah Lile, to give people stress management tools through yoga and meditation. The business has evolved to include dynamic workshops in Primordial Sound Meditation and Ayurveda. In 2014, Stress Less Yoga added South Florida Yoga Retreats, offering custom-designed yoga retreats and yoga vacations for people from around the world.
