Stobs Bros Construction

Stobs Brothers Construction is a family owned corporation that was founded in 1937 in Miami Dade County, where they still maintain their only office. The company's philosophy is to build relationships with clients that foster repeat business for their customers future construction needs. Since 1996, all of their work has been under the CM at Risk delivery method. Over 90 percent of their work to present day has been for repeat institutional clients, including both private and public sectors. Stobs Brothers Construction was awarded the first CM at Risk contracts by Florida International University and Miami Dade College.The current management team includes twelve licensed general contractors, two of which are registered architects, two are licensed building inspectors and three are LEED Accredited Professionals. The company's time-honored experience is extremely diverse and the majority of projects typically incorporate highly technical Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical systems. Stobs Brothers projects range from office buildings, educational institutions, recreational facilities, medical buildings, medical suites and hospitals to name a few.
