Salter Marine, Inc warrants each new boat hull and deck to be free of defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of three years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser from an authorized Creek Craft dealer. Any warranty repairs, which will be upon examination by a factory authorized personnel show factory responsibility, will be made free of charge by an authorized dealer, or at the Creek Craft Boat factory in Green Cove Springs, FL. Transportation to and from the place of repair will be the responsibility of the owner. Excluded are gel coats, chrome, windshield, glass breakage and upholstery. Boats which have been altered, over powered according to maximum horsepower specifications set by the U. S. Coast Guard standards, subject to misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, improper trailering, used commercially, or for racing purposes are expressly excluded from this warranty.
