Step Forward Initiatives Inc. creates meaningful opportunities for young people with disabilities to develop confidence, essential life skills, and independence throughout Flagler County, Volusia County, and surrounding areas. Our person-centered approach to disability services and vocational training focuses on each individual's unique strengths and goals. Through collaborative partnerships with families, schools, and community agencies, we provide comprehensive support that addresses the whole person, not just their challenges.
