Five way chili not the same. Seems like it was watered down. First time here since they have the kiosk to make your own order. No one available to assist. Will think twice before coming back again.

We love Steak 'n Shake , but we don't like the place when it's dirty, bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. No paper towels in the bathroom, floors filthy. Not good.
