Steak 'n Shake, a classic American brand, was founded in 1934 in Normal, Illinois by Gus Belt who pioneered the concept of premium burgers and milkshakes.

Friendly and accommodating service. Good burger and great fries. Also had a cane-sugar Coke in a glass bottle!

I came in and was welcomed immediately and very pleasantly. I ordered on the kiosk and the young lady asked if I needed help and I didn't but ordered and it was right. I had a good experience here.

I normally leave a excellent review, but tonight was horrible. The service was the worst. The drive thru attended intentionally ignored us and then laughed about it with the rest of the kitchen...
