Hi It was ok. The fries were ok and the burger was good. Wasn't happy because they were out of dr pepper.

If I could give a 0 I would. Each time I go there's always items missing when I'm in the drive thru and they always seem annoyed when I let them know I have missing items. This time they forgot...

I stopped by this Steak 'n Shake to pick up a mobile order. When I arrived at the pickup counter, the cook personally came out to help me right away, which I thought was really kind and attentive....

Stopped by to pick up some tallow oil and was told that they don't sell it yet they advertised for it so I ordered a kid's meal instead. I was at the drive through and waited 12 minutes for a kids...
