I stopped by this Steak 'n Shake to pick up a mobile order. When I arrived at the pickup counter, the cook personally came out to help me right away, which I thought was really kind and attentive....

Gave me the wrong shake and refused to fix it. The drive thru woman was rude and didn't listen to my concern. They put whipped cream on it despite my order asking them not to.
