StartUPFIU

StartUP FIU is a university-wide initiative at Florida International University dedicated to fostering innovation and economic impact on local, national, and global scales. With a focus on supporting faculty researchers and partners, the initiative offers a range of programs and services aimed at translating university-based research into marketable solutions.

Since its inception in 2016, StartUP FIU has supported 350 startups and small companies, resulting in the creation of 800 new jobs and attracting $28 million in commercialization innovation grants.
