He has been in the Protective Security career field since leaving the military for 25 years. Owner has received some of the best training and worked for some of the best companies in the specialty security field available. He started his own business Alert-1 Protection and Investigation Service in 2000 conducting Bodyguard work and Private Investigations. In 2003 went to LA and worked for Gavin de Becker and Associates conducting Bodyguard and Executive Protection work. In 2004 went to Iraq to conduct High Threat Protective Security Specialist work for the US Department of State, Diplomatic Security Service. In 2012, finished overseas work as a PSS/PSD-Team Leader and started Protective Security Specialists of Jacksonville, FL.
