They are very polite when you call but it's a big practice. They are very busy and they are no longer taking new patients unless you want to see a PA. But why pay a doctor price for a PA?

While the medical staff does their jobs well, the front desk staff is horrendous. They need sensitivity training and because of them I truly would consider finding a different office.
