SpringHill Suites by Marriott Naples

I'm a platinum level member of Marriott and typically don't review the hotels but this one deserves a review. This was By Far one of the nicest Marriotts I have ever stayed in customer service...

They have a bug problem, I had to sleep with the lights on. Do not think I will stay there again. I was only there two nights and was unable to change reservations.

Water was off due to main waterline break. Room was dirty. Poor amenities and unfriendly staff all around. Would not recommend for business or personal travel

We had a pleasant stay here on our way to Key West for family. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. It was just a stop off on our way since we couldn't leave until late. Thanks...
