I got a haircut by Heaven. I asked for nothing on the sides and nothing off the top as well. I walk out looking bald on the sides and like half an inch of hair left up top. This is the worst EVER...

Great location should get lots of traffic. For $26, the VIP service gets you a haircut, shampoo, face and scalp massage, back massage and a blow dry. I used to frequent them many years ago but...
