Terrible atmosphere. I went in last week for a haircut. The haircut was fine. I witnessed the manager talking to another employee, complaining about yet another employee. Made me uncomfortable...

Terrible service. Wasted 30 minutes waiting for a haircut just to have someone jump in front of me and they added another 18 minutes to my waiting time. Not sure what system them have in place...

checked in online when I arrived my wait time was 3 min someone walked in that wasn't checked in online Crystal took him in and my wait time jumped to 38 minutes My time is value-able as everyone...
