Really... a forty min line. Only two people working. So much for customer service and I thought xfinity was bad. Nothing like changing everyone to digital and you had to come in for the box.

Everything wrong. Expensive, slow internet, horrible customer service, long long long lines at their stores, long time on hold. Terrible product. If you have an alternative, go with it
Don't go there they have moved. Their webpage is inaccurate. The alternative location is busy. Too many customers and very little help. It deserves a negative rating.
