Having owned Boulevard Coin Laundry located at 1341 North Woodland Blvd. in DeLand (Deland's only 24 hour laundromat) for the last twenty years, when the property formerly known as Sherry's Kitchen came up for sale, David and Debbie Stepp saw the opportunity to renovate the 4000 sq.ft. free-standing facility into DeLand's preeminent laundromat. With 40 Washers (20-30-40-55-80 lb.) and 40 high efficiency dryers we are the place to meet all your laundry needs.

Here at Southside Coin Laundry, we have set out to create a unique, yet comfortable way to do laundry. It is not just a clean Laundromat, not just a modern Laundromat, but also a Laundromat with a warm environment and features that allow laundry to feel nothing like the tiring and time-consuming chore it is. Our three large flat-screen televisions, free WiFi, full -time attendant, 16 security cameras, ATM and Kid's Room are a testament to this home-away-from-home experience. If those comforts simply are not enough, you can do your your laundry in 4 minutes. With our extraordinary Drive-Through Wash-Dry-Fold Service, it will take you 2 minutes to drop your clothes off and 2 minutes to pick your clothes up.
