Bay Breeze Health and Rehabilitation Center is a place to get better, a place for living. We are a 120-bed skilled nursing center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Opened in 1984, we have 8 private rooms, 61 semi-private rooms, and can provide accommodations for couples that become residents of our care center. Bay Breeze also offers features such as an outdoor recreation area, a garden and patio, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, transportation services, pastoral support, and in-house options for dental care, X-rays, psych care, podiatry and optometry. Residents and often time's family too, can enjoy planned activities such as various arts and crafts, group movies, discussion groups, visiting performers, and intergenerational programs. Florida Presbyterian Homes, located in Lakeland, Fla., is a more than 45-acre wooded campus on the shores of Lake Hunter in Florida. The campus is home to more than 300 residents living in cottages, independent living apartments, assisted living apartments and a 40-bed skilled nursing center. The facility has more than 130 staff members and residents participate in social, educational, and cultural activities. Independent living residents can furnish their own homes and can keep pets in their living quarters. The campus includes a heated pool with hot tub, lakeside trails, gardens, libraries, workshops, fitness facilities, dining rooms and chapel. It is located close to a range of community resources, and the facility provides group transportation so that residents can stay active and involved in the larger community.
