History
My husband Dave and I created this business as a way of keeping things fair within kids' sports, yet providing a fun and competitive environment. Each season, our championship game winners receive championship rings and once we added the rings to our business, it took on a whole different level. The families that join our league are amazing, caring people who want their kids to learn how to win AND lose. Our numbers have increased from 83 at the start to 245 this past June, so I know that we're doing something right!
Specialties
South Florida Youth Athletics is a one day a week, competitive NFL Flag football and basketball league. Coaches are hired by SFYA and will teach your kids the fundamentals of the sports without favoritism. In September 2014, we will be partnering up with Broward Lacrosse Advantage to add a beginner's lacrosse program to SFYA. NFL Flag and lacrosse will be played Saturday morning/afternoon and indoor basketball is played Sunday morning/afternoon. For more information, please visit our website at SFLyouthAthletics.com
