South Beach Island Resorts (SBIR) is an oceanfront, one- acre, 6-condominium, eco-conscious, non-smoking facility with its own ( newly resurfaced ) private pool.Each Condominium has a Bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bath, fully equipped kitchens, dining and living room area which is furnished with a full size sleeper sofa. Amenities included in pricing are initial cleaning, utilities, towel and linen set up, 2 complementary cable TVS, high speed internet, and local phone service. Guests at SBIR also have access to beach chairs and loungers, umbrellas, the use of our on-site laundry facility, and a large outdoor propane barbecue grill. The Internet is free but is not WIFI.

I give it one star only because I like the access to the beach. Was not happy. Door locks were rusted, had trouble with ants the whole week. The bed was like a rock, the TV did not work in the bed...

No stars if I could! Do your research before coming to this place! I later found other unhappy reviews on other sites that I wish we would have listened to. They have roaches and mold, it is not...
