In Sorrento, Italy, Salvatore Paturzo quickly learned the ins and outs of the restaurant business after taking over his father's bakery at just 10 years old. His experience propelled him to open the old-world Italian bakery originally in Pasco County where he and Rose have owned and operated for more than 16 years, using their family recipes from the 1960s.
