Food is tasteless They lack basic customer svc. When our gift certificate was presented, they refused to accept it. There was no empathy for our predicament , no "free desert" nor advice.

Everything needs improvement. The service, the food and the prices. Or at least improve the first two vastly to continue the current pricing. Service is slow, food mediocre at best.

Been going here for over 8 years +..and EVERY meal is always on point and outstanding...the owner Jay is the .most accommodating ..hands on owner in Naples..his food is top quality and authentic...
