Somec is a high-precision contract computerized numerically controlled machining company in Maitland, Fla. Somec specializes in low to medium production runs. In business since 1955, Somec is a subsidiary of one of Japan's largest machine tool manufacturers, Shin Nippon Koki. The company has a full range of milling, lathe, grinding, boring, jig grinding, welding, assembly and painting capabilities.
