Sōl Bistro is a hip and intimate Dedicated Gluten-Free, Celiac Safe, Organic, and Local Farm-to-Table, Scratch/Slow food bistro serving Seasonal Health-Conscious Comfort Food free from gluten, soy, peanuts, corn, refined sugars, seed oils, and inflammatory cow dairy products. Our menu changes weekly, using the finest seasonal, organic produce, pasture-raised, and wild-caught proteins and ingredients from local farmers, ranchers, vendors, and fishermen. "A Conscious Culinary Experience" and atmospheric ambiance for an elevated, casual/fine-dining experience.Expect to spend a couple of hours with us, we have limited seating. Last Seating 8:45 pm. During Inclement weather, we are unable to seat outdoors.
