I have tried to call the DADE city ss office for weeks. First you are on hold for at least 45 minutes and then the line disconnects. I had a few questions so wanted a time for an appointment....

Horrible experience! I was misinformed by phone about appointments. They said to just come in, no appointment needed! When I arrived there was no waiting because there weren't any other customers...
