Barbecue at it's best! Dry rubbed ribs and chicken smoked for 3 1/2 hours with oak. Topped with sweet, tangy, or spicy sauce to complete the tastiness. Our pulled pork, pulled chicken, and junkyard (pulled pork, outside barky layer making it smokier and barkier than traditional pulled pork) sandwiches are delicious!. Our sides consist of coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, mac n' cheese. We also offer catering for any size event from small occasions to corporate events, etc. Like we say round here,
