Local pop up bbq in Culver City. Tender smoky brisket, great ribs. Lighter (both smoke and salt) flavor than Maple Block, if looking for a point of comparison.

Amazing BBQ! I tried their brisket at a catered event and now I love going to their pop ups when they have them. THE PICKLES ARE SO DELICIOUS! So is the mac and cheese! You really can't go wrong....
