Came in for a simple cut and blow dry and it took her three hours to do that. I asked for my layers to be touched up, and the front layered pieces don't even blend well with the rest of my hair....

Simple hair cut and dry took over 2 hours. Terrible haircut, too short. Took person 10 minutes to get the bill on the computer. Poor telephone service. Hung up on me when making an appointment....
