Your bed can LOCK you out!!!! we went on vacation & our bed cannot change until you LOGIN!!! Really my bed number has locked me out until I remember my password, A password for a BED really!!!!!!

Horrible service! Wont let me return defective bed bases, on hold for hours. Not worth the $7000!!!! Im sleeping on the couch. Was only able to return mattress after arguing on the phone. Stuck...

Don't do it! Ordered a C2. This is nothing more than an air mattress from Walmart. The bed was delivered for $249.00. The mattress was either set up wrong or defective. The pump ran all night....
